A few weeks ago Te Ngahere and Te Maunga got to design our very own Fidget spinner art. We were learning to use space, crayon and dye. We used a big piece of A3 paper to draw our fidget spinner art. We had drawn our fidget spinner art so we could match it with our Fidget spinner writing. But it was quite tricky to make the fidget spinner art because there would be lines that were smaller than the others and circles that were bigger than the others.

Title:Making Ice Cream
Last week on Friday, Te Ngahere made some tasty Vanilla Ice Cream. We had to work in pairs, I worked with Hope.
This is how we made the vanilla Ice Cream. The first thing we had to do was get ½ a cup of cream and pour it into a plastic bag, we then added 2 tablespoons of sugar into the bag and then added 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence.
Then we had to get an even bigger plastic bag and then added Ice and 6 tablespoons of salt into it. After we did all of that, we had to take them outside and Shake them fast until they get thick.
After we had finished shaking them, Alexsis and Freya took them up to the staff room and put them in the fridge. We then got to eat them at lunch (YUCK). The Ice Cream was an ocean, because all the salt from the big bag had gotten on the outside of the little bag.
